Product Launch: Conductivity Unit for GranuPack - May 21, 2026 from 4 to 5 PM (CEST)
On 21 May 2026, Granutools will officially launch the new Conductivity Unit for GranuPack, expanding powder characterization with electrical conductivity measurement combined with tapped density.

This new add‑on enables powder electrical conductivity to be measured directly during controlled densification, providing valuable insight into how electrical behavior evolves with packing state. The solution addresses a key limitation of traditional approaches, as powder conductivity cannot be reliably inferred from solid material properties.
During the product launch, we will introduce the concept behind this new measurement capability, explain what powder electrical conductivity reveals, and highlight typical application areas, with a particular focus on battery materials and electrode manufacturing. The session will illustrate how combining conductivity and tapped density supports material screening, formulation comparison, and a better understanding of powder behavior before processing.
The Conductivity Unit is fully integrated with the GranuPack and controlled by its software, offering a simple, automated, and reproducible workflow for routine powder characterization.
