About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our global sales operations. This is a technically oriented sales role that requires a deep understanding of scientific instruments and the ability to engage with researchers and engineers to identify value-based solutions. You will work directly with customers and manage relationships with them to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales to scientific and industrial clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Understand and promote scientific applications relevant to our instruments.
  • Collaborate with the internal R&D and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Visit labs and collect customer feedback
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations.
  • Prepare compelling sales collateral, technical notes, and competitive insights.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
