About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our global sales operations. This is a technically oriented sales role that requires a deep understanding of scientific instruments and the ability to engage with researchers and engineers to identify value-based solutions. You will work directly with customers and manage relationships with them to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales to scientific and industrial clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Understand and promote scientific applications relevant to our instruments.
- Collaborate with the internal R&D and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
- Build relationships with customers
- Visit labs and collect customer feedback
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations.
- Prepare compelling sales collateral, technical notes, and competitive insights.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
